The New Theatre is a fantastic organisation with a wide reach amongst the University of Nottingham community. Each and every week during the theatre season we welcome over 400 students through our doors to witness one of our shows. We put up 100 posters around campus each and every week and put tens of thousands of fliers into the hands of students annually. We estimate over the course of the year, the message of our brand reaches 15,000 students at within the University, not to mention staff, members of the local community and the University’s Alumni network.
We are nationally respected too- the National Student Drama Festival selected the best 13 student shows in Britain in 2011, four of them had been performed in our theatre: an incredible achievement.
With a dedicated executive committee of sixteen, plus countless dozens of backstage crew, in addition to the one hundred and sixty or so cast members annually, the core of our theatre membership is truly vast and engaged. The opportunity to work with our brand is the opportunity to enter into a partnership with the UK’s best student theatre, one of The University of Nottingham’s most well respected institutions and one of the most dynamic, passionate and dedicated student groups on any campus in the country.
We offer sponsorship of the Theatre as a whole, and of individual shows. Individual shows run throughout the year, and sponsorship starts at just £166(excl. VAT) per show. Theatre sponsorship applications for the 2012/2013 academic year will open in January. Cost for the academic year will be £3950(excl.VAT).
