On Wednesday the 5th of May, there will be 18 positions up for grabs to become a part of the New Theatre Committee 10/11.

Be sure to send your nominations to secretary@newtheatre.org.uk before the deadline date of Monday the 3rd of May. But remember – the sooner the better! You must include the following information:
- Full name;
- Desired position;
- Contact telephone number;
- Email address.
In the meantime, if you want to swot up on all things New Theatre, why not cast a glance over this year’s reports, and the constitution? Who knows, maybe someone will ask you a question about them…

Don’t forget that you can always contact the current committee members if you have any questions. You can find their details on our Contact page. It’s always advisable to have a chat to the incumbent committee member whose position you’re thinking of running for, just to get a better picture of what it is that they get up to and what challenges may lie ahead!
If I can offer any advice right now, it would be to ‘follow the dream, not the competition’. Run for what feels right, and not on the basis of what you think might be the easiest to run for – because if you get it you’ll be doing it for a year! And on that note: nothing ventured, nothing gained.
